One integrated platform. Nothing bolted on, everything talking to everything else.
Give every volunteer a digital door-knocking sheet on their phone. Data streams live back to your database the moment they record it.
Build your leaflet rounds intuitively on the map. Assign them to volunteers and track who delivered what and when.
Every door knocked, every conversation and every leaflet delivered flows into one live control room. See exactly where your campaign stands and where to push next, from a ward overview down to a single street.
Input your details once and Cadrify fills them across every form you need to hand in to the council. Nomination papers, expenses returns and more, all ready for wet-ink signing.
The Greens were very weak in Thurrock. Their small team used Cadrify to close the gap there in just 6 weeks.
“We started in Grays from nothing with a 6 week deadline before the elections. Cadrify process the register for us and made rounds incredibly easy to set up. This meant our small team could focus on actually campaigning. We finished 17 votes short. In Thurrock, that was not a result we expected.”
St Albans Greens had a campaign to run. Cadrify's petition tool gave the customisable page, sign-up tracking and direct mailing list capture to carry the progress forward.
“The petitions feature is a game-changer. It was easy to set up and straightforward to customise the appearance of the page, and has every option you could need. We increased the size of our mailing list by 18% within just 3 days.”

Cadrify is an integrated platform for British grassroots campaigns. It brings electoral registers, door-knocking, leaflet rounds, polling day operations, volunteer management and phonebanking together in one place, built around how British organising actually works.
Local branches, independent candidates, regional and national party structures, and campaigning organisations such as unions and NGOs. It suits anyone running an organised campaign on the ground in Britain.
Yes. Cadrify is party-agnostic. Independent candidates, single-issue campaigns, trade unions, environmental organisations and other NGOs can use it on equal terms with party branches. The platform does not require a party affiliation and does not share data between organisations.
Cadrify is built natively for British elections, not adapted from another country's system. The whole campaign lives in one place, from the electoral register through door-knocking and leaflet rounds to polling day operations and nomination paperwork. Pricing is transparent and usage-based, and your data is held in Britain and the EEA.
Your register and supporter data is stored in a PostgreSQL database in Frankfurt, within the European Economic Area, and does not leave the EEA at rest. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, every record is scoped to a single organisation, and processing follows UK GDPR with data minimisation and purpose limitation.
Cadrify has two plans, Core and Pro. Core starts at £15 per month for campaigns with up to 10,000 target electors; Pro starts at £45 per month. Prices scale by elector band up to 250,000 electors. There are no per-seat fees and no election surcharge. Billing is monthly with no minimum term, or annually with two months free.
