Tracked by the geography you use
We track spend ward by ward, constituency by constituency, or by whatever geography your campaigns run on, county divisions and mayoral areas included.
Marginal rates
Our rates are marginal, meaning each rate applies only to the electors inside its own band.

Minimum charge £15 a month, or £150 a year. Cadrify is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.
Metered usage
Three features cost us money every time they run, so they are metered rather than folded into the price. Each comes with an allowance most campaigns never reach.
Broadcast email
Sending mail costs money per message and the cost rises with volume. A branch mailing its own supporter list once a month stays well inside the allowance.

Per-address geocoding
Placing a specific door on a map is a paid lookup from a mapping provider. Postcode-level geocoding is free and never metered, and it is enough for most rounds.

Then £5 per 1,000 lookups.
AI features
Message testing, name origin classification and drafting call a language model, which is billed by the request. Nothing runs on your data without you starting it.
2,000 units a year included
Then charged per unit. The cost is shown before you run the job.
We use Stripe to handle donations. Card processing fees on donations and ticket sales are charged by Stripe, not by us. You can top up your usage at any time.

Scale up whenever you need to
Your core price is based on the electorate of the areas your organisation covers with active campaigns. You can scale up to cover a larger area with active campaigns, or scale down to cover fewer, whenever you need.
On a monthly plan the new figure applies from your next payment, with the remainder of your current month being charged pro-rata. On an annual plan you pay the difference for the months left in your term. The annual discount shrinks based on how much longer you have in your annual plan: a top-up in the first month gets the full discount, and a top-up in the last month costs the same as it would monthly.
At renewal we recalculate and tell you the new figure at least 30 days before it takes effect, so a treasurer can put it in front of a committee with time to spare.
FAQ
Should I pay monthly or annually?
Monthly is the default. You pay by card each month and can stop whenever you like. Pay for the year up front and you get 12 months for the price of 10, which suits a branch with an approved annual budget. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice.
What if we take on more ground?
You scale up. Make the extra wards or constituencies active in Cadrify and the price follows. On a monthly plan the new figure applies from your next payment. On an annual plan you pay the difference for the months left in your term, and the annual discount shrinks as the term runs down, so a top-up in the last month costs what it would monthly.
Which areas set my price?
The wards, constituencies and other areas your organisation makes active in Cadrify. We add up the electorate of those areas alone. Areas you cover but leave inactive do not count, even if electors from them sit in your database.
What if I help out in a neighbouring ward?
Lending volunteers to a neighbouring campaign for a by-election or a regional push does not change your price, because you pay for the geography your organisation makes active. If you take that ward on as one of your own campaigns, make it active in Cadrify and the price rises to cover it, pro rata for the rest of your term.
Do you charge per volunteer?
No. Add every door-knocker, teller, organiser and member of staff you have. Per-seat pricing would make you think twice before giving a volunteer an account, and a campaign needs every volunteer it can get.
Is there a limit on how much I can store?
No. Add every elector, activist and record you have. Storage is never metered and does not affect your price. Only the electorate of the campaigns you make active does.
Are there extra fees for actions or CRM features?
No. Actions, casework and every CRM feature are included in the price above, whether a campaign is active or not. The only separate charges are the metered extras: email sends, per-address geocoding lookups and AI usage beyond the amounts included each year.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Before the trial ends we show you the price for the areas you have made active. Keep going and that is what you pay from day 31. Cancel from the settings page before then and you pay nothing. Either way, you can export everything.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, for annual plans. Card is the default and the fastest way to start, and any organisation can ask for an annual invoice with 30-day payment terms instead. Email sales@cadrify.org with your billing address and purchase order reference if you use one.
Is VAT charged on top?
No. Cadrify Ltd is not registered for VAT, so the price you see is the price the branch pays. If that changes we will tell you before it applies to a renewal.
Why price on electorate rather than on records or wards?
Wards are not comparable. A ward can hold a few hundred electors or 17,000. Charging by record count would punish you for importing the full register, which is what makes the software useful. The electorate of the areas you make active is the closest measure of how much campaigning you are doing.
